The Indian Curry Madras Seasoning is a blend of the finest spices from Madras, a port city in south India. The ingredients such as turmeric, coriander, mustard flour, chickpea flour, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, garlic, sea salt, celery root, cinnamon, chilis, cumin have been selected to create a flavor that allows you to make your dishes cook like they’re supposed to, without any mouth-numbing flavors. This is the perfect blend for those who like their dishes to have a delicate balance of sweet and spicy!
Pour boiling water over the tea. Let it steep for about 10 minutes. Place in the refrigerator and let cool down for approx. 10 more minutes.
2 tbsp lemon juice, 11⁄2 cl grenadine syrup, 5 cl gin, ice cubes for serving, orange slices for garnish
Cocktail shaker
Put lemon juice, grenadine syrup, gin and ice cubes in the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass with fresh ice cubes. Top up with the Honolulu Tea and garnish with orange slices. Cheers!
